Step-by-Step Instructions
1. View Status in Dashboard
How it works:
- Log into OnPitch
- Navigate to Control Panel > Phone Number
- Review the current status: Pending, Approved, or Rejected
2. Receive Email Notifications
What it is: Automated email updates.
How it works:
- OnPitch sends status updates to your account email
- Includes next steps if action is required
3. Handle Issues Promptly
How it works:
- If rejected, review the reason provided
- Correct errors or resubmit documents
- Contact support if unclear
Troubleshooting
Issue: Status stuck on Pending
Solution: Wait 5–7 business days; if longer, contact support.
Issue: Didn’t receive emails
Solution: Check spam folder or update your contact email.
Next Steps
Once approved, your verification status will show Approved, and your toll-free number becomes active.
