1. Responsible Messaging

What it is: Rules for sending appropriate communications.

How it works:

  • Only send to subscribers who opted in
  • Avoid excessive frequency or spammy language
  • Provide clear unsubscribe options in every message

Why it matters: Protects your sender reputation and maintains audience trust.


2. Prohibited Content

What it is: Content not allowed on OnPitch.

How it works:

  • No illegal, abusive, or fraudulent material
  • Restricted categories flagged by carriers (e.g., gambling, controlled substances)
  • SHAFT content is strictly prohibited: Sexually explicit material, Hate speech, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco
  • OnPitch actively monitors for violations

Why it matters: Keeps the platform safe and compliant with carrier and legal requirements.


3. Account Protection

What it is: Safeguards to ensure fair use of OnPitch.

How it works:

  • Accounts may be paused if violations are detected
  • Warnings are sent before suspension where possible
  • Appeals can be submitted through support

Why it matters: Protects all users by maintaining a healthy platform environment.
