How it works:

  • Fans explicitly choose their communication channels during signup
  • Consent is stored securely in their subscriber record
  • OnPitch prevents sending messages without verified opt-in

2. Easy Unsubscribe Management

What it is: A built-in way for fans to stop receiving messages.

How it works:

  • SMS subscribers can reply with STOP
  • Email subscribers can click an unsubscribe link
  • Unsubscribed fans are automatically removed from your database and campaigns
